Avectra International Usage

Greetings all, I am wondering if anyone is currently using netFORUM on a global/international scale.
I'd like to get more information on this, particularly the use of invoices.
How they are created, how the exchanges work, etc.

Michael - we also have members throughout the globe and we too collect everything in USD. We looked at moving to multi-currency (netForum support multi-currency - you can find more about it by searching on the wiki for the term "multi-currency"), but as we were already live on netForum, Avectra has no migration path for existing customers to implement multi-currency. You basically have to treat "adding" multi-currency to your existing netForum install as a new systems implementation. It can be done - I think a few customers have done it - but it's not fun ; ).

Hi, Michael. We have members in 65 countries. We decided early on to collect everything in USD to avoid exchange rates whenever possible. We have a small customization in eWeb that let's users convert their total to other currencies to see what it would be, but all charges are in USD.
